Waterloo Cup 1850
The fifteenth running of the Waterloo Cup took place from Tuesday 26th February 1850 and had prize money of £800. The entry conditions for the race required 32 subscribers to subscribe their nomination at £25 each. It supported the eleventh running of the Grand National at nearby Aintree. The winner, Cerito, was owned by Mr Clarke, while the runner-up was Neville owned by Mr Gregson.
